Little Miss Happy is going to the police station today to ask Mr. Police Officer a favor! “Hello!” Exclaimed Little Miss Happy.
“Well hello there, what’s your name misses?” Replied Mr. Police Officer.
“My name is Little Miss Happy!”
“Hello Little Miss Happy, what do you need help with today?” Asked Mr. Police Officer.
“Well my sister’s birthday is today and she doesn’t want to celebrate it but I want to throw her a surprise party and I need your help!”
“Ok, well tell me what you need me to do!”
“I need you to go to the Downer market where she works and tell the owner you’re a police officer and that Little Miss Sad needs to work tell 3:00, this way I can prepare for the party.” Explained Little Miss Happy to Mr. Police Officer.
“Ok! I will do so by now, have a good day!” Proposed Mr. Police Officer.

Little Mrs. Positive went to her sister’s house, to prepare for the surprise party. Little Miss Sad lived far, far away and little Mrs. Happy would have to drive an hour to get to her sisters house. When little Miss Happy got to her sisters house she called Little Miss Mom, and Mr. Dad, and Little Mr. In-between. Mr. In-between was there little brother, and he was always In-between being happy, and sad. One day he was happy, and the next day he was miserable! Poor little Mr. In-between wanted to be happy everyday instead of just one day or no days at all! Little Miss Sad house was very dull, and dark looking. Little Miss Happy opened all the windows to get some light in the house. She dusted the whole house, vacuumed, and decorated the whole place with sparkles, glitter, happy birthday signs, and different colored wrapping paper. The house looked just like Little Miss Happy's house!

Mr. Police Officer went down to Downer market, and told the owner what Little Miss Happy wanted him to say, and the owner thought about it and decided he wanted to attend the birthday party to!

“Ok, here is the deal, all keep Little Miss Sad here if you let me go to the birthday party?” Asked Mr. Owner.

“Well,” Mr. Police Officer replied.

“Well, what?” Replied Mr. Owner.

“Well, I guess you can go to the party it starts at three! Be there at 2:45, and remember it’s a surprise party, so don’t tell anyone!!” Replied Mr. Police Officer

“I won’t, I promise!” Exclaimed Mr. Owner.

“K, see you there by!” Answered Mr. Police Officer, and he left to get ready.

When Little Miss Sad got home everybody jumped out and screamed, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” Little Miss Sad did not like that Little Miss Happy threw her a surprise party, and little Miss Sad screamed in fiery.
“Why did you throw me a surprise party?” Exclaimed little Miss Sad.
“Well, it’s your birthday today!” Replied Little Miss Happy.
“Yes, but I hate surprise parties, I hate the colors I want my house to be dirty, and boring, and dark!” Remarked Little Miss Sad.
“Well why?” Questioned Little Miss Happy.
“Because, I don’t want to be all happy like you!” Wept Little Miss Sad, and ran up stairs into her room, and slammed the door as hard as she could, and burst out into tears.
“Little Miss Sad is in a bad mood let’s go!” Exclaimed everyone in the room, except for Little Miss Happy.
“NO! Don’t leave, I will go talk to Little Miss Sad, and tell her to come down stairs, OK?” Asked Little Miss Happy.
“OK!” Exclaimed everyone else.

Little Miss Happy went up stairs into Little Miss Sad room, Little Miss Sad was weeping so hard that she used up half of a tissue box to whip away the tears.
“Are you ok sis?” Asked Little Miss Happy
“NO!”
“Why, it’s your birthday and I threw you a surprise with all your friends, and I invited mom, and dad, and little bro. What’s wrong, I thought that you would like it?”
“Its not that I don’t like it, its just that I… well, when we were little kids everyone liked you more than me, and everyday you would have all these people at your house and every year, you always would have more and more people coming to your birthday party, and less and less would come to mine. So after a while I decided I didn’t want to have anymore birthdays because I was afraid that one day there would be no one at mine and everyone at yours.”
“That’s not true, you have more than 20 people at your party! That’s WAY more than I have.” Exclaimed Little Miss Happy.
“Really.” Questioned Little Miss Sad.
“Yes really, now come down stairs and lets have an amazing party!” Suggested Little Miss Happy.
“Ok! Thanks sis.
